In celebration of the Ezidi New Year, the Barzani Charity Foundation’s office in Sinjar will distribute aid to more than a thousand families in need.
Speaking to Sama on Monday, April 14, 2025, Shero Samo Juqi, head of the Foundation’s Sinjar branch, announced that on Tuesday, food packages will be delivered to 1,000 low-income and impoverished families in Sinjar, along with an additional 500 families in Duhok.
Juqi added that the Foundation has launched a special support initiative to assist struggling families during the holiday.
