On Thursday, June 19, 2025, Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Masrour Barzani extended a message of condolence to the Prince of the Ezidis, Hazim Tahsin Beg, on the passing of the prominent Ezidi figure, Juqi Ali Beg.
Below is the text of the message:
“On the occasion of the passing of the prominent Ezidi figure (Mir Juqi Ali Beg), I extend my condolences to his honorable family, to Prince Hazim Tahsin Beg, Prince of the Ezidis, and to Prince Jahwar Ali Beg, the Prince’s Deputy. I share in your grief.
I pray to Almighty God to bestow His vast mercy upon the departed, grant him paradise, and bless his loved ones with patience and comfort.”
