Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani issued a congratulatory message on the occasion of the Summer Forty-Day Fast Feast, extending his warmest wishes to the Ezidi Prince, Baba Sheikh, the Ezidi Spiritual Council, and all Ezidis in the Kurdistan Region, Iraq, and around the world.
In his message, he expressed his hope that the feast brings goodness, happiness, and blessings to everyone.
Barzani also reaffirmed his support for the Ezidi community and all ethnic and religious components, stressing that the Kurdistan Region will always remain a homeland of coexistence and a home for everyone without discrimination, and will continue to protect its rich culture of diversity.
