His Highness Prince Hazim Tahsin Saeed (Prince of the Yazidis in Iraq and the world and President of the Supreme Yazidi Spiritual Council) expressed his humanitarian solidarity with the families of the victims and the injured in the incident of a vehicle ramming into a crowd of celebrators and shoppers at a Christmas market in the center of Magdeburg, eastern Germany. He stated that this incident reflects a state of hatred and disrespect towards different religions and beliefs. It represents a form of terrorism and oppression of freedoms in general, and the freedom of religion and belief in particular.
