On Thursday, March 13, 2025, the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Mr. Masrour Barzani, sent a condolence message to the Head of the Qawwals, Behzad Qawal Suleiman, on the passing of his brother, Dr. Abdulaziz Suleiman.
The text of the message:
Dear Qawal Behzad Suleiman Sivo,
Head of the Qawwals and Member of the Yazidi Spiritual Council,
“On the occasion of the passing of your brother, Dr. Abdulaziz Suleiman, I extend my heartfelt condolences to you and your esteemed family. We ask Almighty God to grant the deceased His vast mercy and to grant him eternal peace in His Paradise, and to grant you patience and solace.”
