Ezidi researcher Sonia Hadi Khalil has obtained her master’s degree in Accounting Techniques from the University of Duhok, Administrative Technical College, marking a new achievement in the academic progress of the Ezidi community. Her father, Professor Hadi Khalil, shared a congratulatory message on his Facebook page, expressing his pride and joy in his daughter’s accomplishment. He wrote: “A thousand congratulations, my dear daughter. I am very happy and extremely proud of you. You worked hard and achieved what you wished for, fulfilling my dream as well. Wishing you success in earning your PhD next, God willing. Praise be to God for His blessings upon us, and many thanks to everyone who supported us.”
This achievement adds to the growing list of successes within the Ezidi community, especially among Ezidi women, who continue to strengthen their presence and excel in higher education.
