The statement noted that Barzani and Al-Sharaa discussed the situation in Syria and the latest developments, including the agreement between Damascus and the Syrian Democratic Forces and the next steps.
It added that the call emphasized both sides’ commitment to achieving peace and stability in Syria, reaffirming that dialogue and mutual understanding remain the only way to resolve problems and disputes.
