His Holiness Baba Sheikh of the Ezidis, Sheikh Ali Sheikh Elias, extended his congratulations on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the establishment of the Lalish Cultural and Social Center.

On the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the establishment of the Lalish Cultural and Social Center, Baba Sheikh Sheikh Ali Sheikh Elias sent a congratulatory message to the High Committee, staff, and employees of the Lalish Center, expressing his gratitude and appreciation for their continuous efforts and dedication.

In his message, Baba Sheikh highlighted the important and historic role played by the Lalish Center, stating:

“Since its establishment until today, the Lalish Center has provided outstanding services in the cultural and social fields and in protecting the authentic heritage of the Ezidis. The center has become an important platform for introducing our cause and preserving our national and religious identity.”

He also extended his congratulations and appreciation to the members and staff of the center for their activities and efforts within the High Committee, branches, and offices affiliated with the Lalish Center across all Ezidi regions.

Baba Sheikh emphasized that their efforts over the past 33 years have left a clear mark on the cultural scene in Kurdistan, wishing them a brighter and more successful future.

At the conclusion of his message, Baba Sheikh expressed his hopes for the Lalish Center to achieve further success and progress, so it may continue its noble mission in serving the Ezidi community and promoting cultural awareness.

Founded on May 12, 1993, the Lalish Center is regarded as one of the largest and most active Ezidi cultural institutions, working in the fields of research, publishing, and cultural and social activities.
