DUHOK, June 17, 2026 — Duhok Governor Dr. Ali Tatar received Prince Hazim Tahsin Beg, the Ezidi Prince in Kurdistan and worldwide, along with his accompanying delegation on Wednesday.
During the meeting, both sides emphasized the importance of strengthening religious coexistence and discussed issues related to the needs of the Ezidi community, particularly those still residing in displacement camps.
Governor Tatar reaffirmed the Kurdistan Regional Government’s commitment to providing services to all areas without discrimination, stressing continued support for communities across the region and efforts to address the needs of displaced Ezidis.
