The University of Kurdistan in Erbil has announced the organization of a scientific conference dedicated to discussing the Yazidi genocide that took place in 2014, which will be held on August 25-26, 2025. The conference will span two days and will cover a range of topics related to the genocide perpetrated by ISIS against the Yazidi people in August 2014, including the punishment of the perpetrators, as well as other related issues. According to the University’s announcement, those wishing to participate in the conference are required to submit their papers in English.
