His Highness Prince Hazim Tahseen Saeed, Prince of the Ezidis in Iraq and the world and President of the Supreme Ezidi Spiritual Council, extends his warmest congratulations and best wishes to the new Presidency of the Iraqi Council of Representatives:
Mr. Haibat Al-Halbousi, Speaker of the Council of Representatives; Adnan Fayhan, First Deputy Speaker; and Farhad Al-Atrushi, Second Deputy Speaker, on the occasion of their election to the Presidency of the Iraqi Parliament.
He expressed his hope that the selection of the Presidency of the Iraqi Council of Representatives will mark a promising and hopeful beginning for a new and positive phase for Iraq as a whole.
He also emphasized his wish that the language of dialogue and mutual understanding will be the path toward resolving problems and outstanding issues, and that the Sinjar file will be placed on the dialogue table to find solutions to the suffering of displaced Ezidis.
