His Highness Hazim Tahsin Saeed, the Prince of the Ezidis in Iraq and the world and President of the Supreme Ezidi Spiritual Council, continues his intensive efforts with Masoud Barzani, Mr. Ali Al-Zaidi, who is tasked with forming the upcoming government, and Judge Dr. Faiq Zaidan, in order to secure a ministerial position for the Ezidis in the next Iraqi government cabinet.
His Highness the Prince stated: “We are exerting maximum efforts at the highest levels to secure a ministerial position for the Ezidis in the formation of the upcoming Iraqi government.”
He added that the relevant authorities have been officially addressed through formal letters in pursuit of ensuring justice for Ezidi rights.
He also expressed hope regarding the authorities and parties that have been contacted and communicated with concerning granting the Ezidis a ministerial position.
