Today, Sunday, March 8, 2026, Kurdish leader Masoud Barzani sent a congratulatory message to the women of Kurdistan, Iraq, and the world on the occasion of International Women’s Day, praising the heroic and historic role of Kurdish women in the national liberation movement.
In his message, President Barzani said: “On the occasion of March 8, International Women’s Day, I extend my warmest congratulations to the women of Kurdistan, Iraq, and the world.”
