His Highness Prince Hazem Tahsin Beg, the Prince of the Ezidis in Iraq and the world, and the Head of the Ezidi Supreme Spiritual Council, received a delegation from the Canadian organization (MGBH) during their visit to the Prince of the Ezidis.
After welcoming the delegation, His Highness praised the humanitarian organizations that provided assistance to the Ezidi people during the ISIS terrorist invasion of their areas on August 3, 2014.
He also pointed out that displaced Ezidis continue to suffer greatly, both in summer and winter, due to the difficult living conditions in the camps. “We hope this support will continue — both for those still in the camps and for the families returning to their areas,” His Highness said.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Suleiman Khammu, Head of (MGBH) in Kurdistan and Iraq; Mr. David Lee Smith, Head of (MGBH) in Canada and across Asia; and Mr. James Lee Smith, Global President of the organization.
