In a valuable humanitarian gesture, Ms. Mona Kzlehan, Administrative Director and Healthcare Management Specialist at the well-known German clinic MEDICLIN, donated €10,000 to the Sinuni Clinic, affiliated with the Institute of Psychotherapy and Psychotraumatology (IPP) at the University of Duhok, in 2026.
The donation cheque was officially presented at the Presidency of the University of Duhok, in the presence of Professor Dr. Dawood Suleiman Atrushi, President of the University, Professor Dr. Jan Ilhan Kzlehan, Dean of the Institute, and Dr. Bohar Issa, Vice Dean.
It is worth noting that this amount was collected during a charity event organized by the “Amad Band” on November 29, 2025, at the Royal Palace in Stuttgart, Germany. The event aimed to support victims of terrorism who visit the Sinuni Clinic for psychological treatment.
In her speech, Ms. Mona Kzlehan expressed the humanitarian message behind the initiative, saying: “We will not forget you.”
On behalf of the University of Duhok, Professor Dr. Dawood Suleiman Atrushi extended his sincere gratitude to Ms. Mona, emphasizing that this act deserves great respect and appreciation. He noted that the initiative represents not only financial support, but also a powerful message of human solidarity and high moral value.
