Duhok Governor Dr. Ali Tatar received, on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, Iraqi Parliament member representing the Ezidi Cause Alliance, Mr. Murad Ismael, in the presence of Mr. Pir Dian Jaafar, Director of the Migration and Displacement Department.
The meeting reviewed the conditions of IDP camps within Duhok Governorate, addressing administrative aspects and the level of services provided, in addition to discussing ways to convey the demands and needs of displaced persons to the Iraqi Parliament. It also emphasized the continuation of joint efforts to facilitate the return of displaced people to their areas of origin and improve their living conditions.
