His Highness Prince Hazem Tahseen Said, Prince of the Ezidis in Iraq and the world and head of the Ezidi Supreme Spiritual Council, sent a congratulatory message to His Beatitude Patriarch Mar Paulus III Nona on his election as the new Patriarch of the Chaldean Church.
In his message, His Highness extended sincere congratulations to the Patriarch and to all members of the Chaldean Church and the Christian community in Iraq, Kurdistan, and around the world, stating that this election reflects the deep historical bonds of brotherhood and neighborly relations between Ezidis and Christians.
He added that this step represents an opportunity to strengthen peace and promote values of love and peaceful coexistence among all components of society.
His Highness concluded by stressing the importance of unity in the current circumstances to spread fraternity, expressing confidence in the Patriarch’s ability to carry out his mission, and wishing him success for the good of all.
